Random Acts of Kindness

In this episode of The Creative Life TV Show I share a very powerful 'Random Acts of Kindness' exercise, which is based upon the idea of thanking those people who have inspired, educated or shown us a path in our creative work. Thanks to business coach Dani Saveker for teaching me this powerful exercise on gratitude. Give it a try, you might be surprised at the results!

This month I'm reaching out to 100 people who have inspired me over the years to express my gratitude and say why I admire them so much.
It's based upon this post by James Taylor on 'Random Acts of Kindness' and I've chosen you as one of my 100.

What I most admire about you is [insert main reason] because [insert what this means to you or the impact it has had on your life and work].

Thank you for being one of my 100.
