We’re only weeks away from the Scottish Parliamentary elections and today I’m catching up on emails after a weekend of campaigning in the East of Scotland. On Saturday I was out and about in lovely Fife with Iain Smith MSP and the team from North East Fife Lib Dems. The response on the door steps bodes well for May and today’s ICM/Guardian poll has us at 18%.
Iain kindly laid on food and drink on Saturday evening for all the volunteers who had travelled from as far as Manchester to join the campaign. Morale is high and lots of residents spoke about feeling let down by the SNP government.
